Rasha leads Vontier's innovation and growth functions and drives the company's enterprise innovation, AI strategy and digital modernization efforts. She is a globally recognized leader at the intersection of sustainability, technology and innovation. Her prior roles include various positions at Aspen Technology, Trane Technologies, General Electric, SAP and Hitachi, where she led complex product and portfolio transformations that delivered measurable business and customer impact. 

Courtney is an experienced Chief Governance Officer and Chief of Staff with over 25 years of experience advising C‑suite leaders and boards on complex governance, regulatory and compliance matters. She is adept at driving cross‑functional alignment on enterprise priorities, strengthening governance and decision‑making processes, and managing special projects and strategic initiatives to advance organizational outcomes. She is also a trusted leadership team member and advisor to boards on director oversight responsibilities and disclosure practices. 

Raj serves as Chief Information Officer, leading Vontier’s Information Technology and Security functions. Since joining Vontier in 2023, he has focused on aligning technology strategy with business priorities, strengthening cybersecurity and risk management, and improving the reliability and scalability of core platforms to support growth and operational excellence.

Elaine leads Vontier's performance marketing, branding, and communications functions where she oversees a global team from Vontier and its lines of business to drive marketing strategy, drive growth across the customer lifecycle, and build brand recognition and engagement. Prior to her role at Vontier, she served as the chief marketing officer of two of Vontier's lines of business: Invenco by GVR and Gilbarco Veeder-Root. She previously held senior roles at leading organizations like Goldman Sachs and American Express.

Joel joined ANGI Energy, a leading supplier of refueling systems for compressed gases, in 2013. From Director of Continuous Improvement & Quality, he has held diverse roles of increasing responsibility, including VP of Engineering, and later VP of Business Development & Marketing. With a strong focus on diversifying ANGI's portfolio internationally, Joel has also led Vontier's expansion into alternate fueling market segments, including the incubation of ANGI's Hydrogen business in 2021, taking on the role of General Manager of Hydrogen.

Andrew Bennett has over 26 years of experience working in the energy software industry. He was most recently CEO at mPrest Energy, a leader in Distributed Energy Resource Management Software. Prior to that, he led worldwide sales for IBM’s AI Applications Business Unit and has served as the GM of Schneider Electric’s Energy Business Unit.

Alain has served as President of Alternative Energy & Sustainable Fleets since 2023. He and his team accelerate Vontier's ability to lead the global energy transition by driving growth, innovation, and collaboration across our businesses focused on connected and clean energy solutions. In addition, as President of Teletrac Navman, he oversees the company’s strategic direction and product evolution, with a focus on artificial intelligence and cutting-edge telematics.

Karthik has served as President of Invenco by GVR since 2022. He and his team are helping convenience retailers around the world adapt and innovate with agile point-of-sale and payment solutions, cloud platforms, and retail workflows. He is a proven global leader with deep experience in organizational transformation, P&L ownership, technology, growth, and M&A. 

Mike has served as President of Matco Tools since 2023. He and his team deliver connected technologies and industry-leading automotive and diagnostic tools for maintaining and repairing traditional, EV, and alternative-fuel vehicles.

Ganesh leads Vontier’s overall strategy efforts, creating new paths for growth and unlocking opportunities to catalyze innovation and strengthen our competitive position. The strategy team collaborates across Vontier’s operating companies, leveraging the Vontier Business System to build out options for profitable, sustainable differentiation and growth.
