Driving real ID&E change means driving real action. We prepared for our launch and clarified our action plan through company-wide courageous conversations, in which team members could freely share experiences with and perspectives on racism and injustice. The Vontier ID&E Council is our mechanism for driving progress across the business in the form of awareness, skill-building, communication, and community outreach. And eight employee resource groups create powerful focal points for connection, community, and advocacy.
Another powerful culture builder is Vontier Cares, our global network of employees who develop, implement, and share best practices to support their colleagues and communities around the world. The Keep Educating Yourself Series offers ongoing learning opportunities on topics from getting the most out of employee benefits to cultural celebrations and anti-racism in action.
