Courtney is an experienced Chief Governance Officer and Chief of Staff with over 25 years of experience advising C‑suite leaders and boards on complex governance, regulatory and compliance matters. She is adept at driving cross‑functional alignment on enterprise priorities, strengthening governance and decision‑making processes, and managing special projects and strategic initiatives to advance organizational outcomes. She is also a trusted leadership team member and advisor to boards on director oversight responsibilities and disclosure practices. 

Courtney holds a JD from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida. She currently resides in Greensboro, North Carolina with her family.
