Chief Innovation and Growth Officer
Rasha leads Vontier's innovation and growth functions and drives the company's enterprise innovation, AI strategy and digital modernization efforts. She is a globally recognized leader at the intersection of sustainability, technology and innovation. Her prior roles include various positions at Aspen Technology, Trane Technologies, General Electric, SAP and Hitachi, where she led complex product and portfolio transformations that delivered measurable business and customer impact.
Hasaneen holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering focused on sustainability from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in industrial engineering and engineering management from Stanford University.
