Katie leads Vontier’s Corporate Affairs team and enterprise transformation initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation and opportunity deployment across the company. The Corporate Affairs group includes Legal and Compliance, Environment Health & Safety, Sustainability, Communications, Marketing and Government Relations.

Katie serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the Vontier Foundation. She also serves as the executive sponsor of the Vontier Veterans employee resource group.

Katie joined Vontier from Fortive, where she led corporate social responsibility, litigation, and employment law. She previously served in senior legal and compliance roles for Raytheon and worked in private practice as a trial lawyer.
